About RealityCharting® Software
RealityCharting® Software automates the process of conducting an Apollo Root Cause Analysis.  A copy of RealityCharting® Software (single user license) comes with the two day class (click here for image).  Enterprise and Corporate editions of the software are also available.  Please contact us for a quote on these versions.  World Interplay, LLC is an authorized re-seller of RealityCharting® Software, which is published by Apollonian Publications, LLC.  Technical support for the RealityCharting® Software is available through their web site at www.realitycharting.com.

Instructions

Scenario 1:  You have taken a class by World Interplay and have NOT installed RealityCharting® off the CD-ROM (click here for image) in the back of your workbook

• We recommend you obtain Version 4.  Please see www.world-interplay.com/rc for more information.  If you still want to install version 3, continue
• You DO NOT need to use the yellow v3.1 disk from your workbook.  Consider discarding it. (click here for image)
• Download and install the RealityCharting® link provided below.
• After installation, run RealityCharting®.  If prompted to register, the product key is the code on the sticker in the back of your course workbook.

• After registering, it will provide you with an unlock code.  You may write this down if you like, however, the software will store this internally.
• Keep this update page web address (write it in the back of your workbook), or print this page and insert it into your workbook.  You may need to re-install the software in the future.  You can also burn the update onto a CD-ROM and keep it in your workbook.

Scenario 2:  You have already installed RealityCharting® from the CD-ROM* in the back of your workbook

• To check your version, in RealityCharting®, select help-about RealityCharting®.  (click here for image)  In the window that appears, if the version is lower than 3.30.08, you need to install the update below.
• Download and install the RealityCharting® link below
• After installation, run RealityCharting®.  If prompted to register, the product key is the code on the sticker in the back of your course workbook.

• Keep this update page web address (write it in the back of your workbook), or print this page and insert it into your workbook.  You may need to re-install the software in the future.

Scenario 3:  You have installed RealityCharting® in the past, and either 1) your computer died, 2) your computer was "re-imaged", 3) Your IT spies searched and destroyed "non-approved software", 4) You're not sure what happened, but RealityCharting® either disappeared or stopped working, etc.

• Proceed with Scenario 1 above.

Scenario 4:  You lost your workbook (and the product key), and you need to re-install the software.

• Provided you had previously installed and registered RealityCharting®, please contact RealityCharting support to retrieve your product key.  http://www.realitycharting.com/support.

Software Download for Initial Install, Update and Trial Version of RealityCharting® version 3.30.08

Yes, the following link does it all.  It can be used for your initial installation, updating an earlier version, and installing a trial version.  This runs on Windows 2000, XP and Vista.

Instructions

1. Ensure you have closed out of the RealityCharting®  Software
2. Make sure you have administrator rights on your computer (if you are not sure, just keep going and you will find out.)
3. Click on the link below.  Either run, or download then run the file .
