• Eligibility:  This is a free upgrade from RealityCharting® version 3 to version 4 and is only for personnel who received training in a public or company hosted course taught by World Interplay, LLC from December 1, 2009 and later. This offer expires on October 31, 2009.  After this offer expires, updates will cost $79/copy.
• STEP 1:  Prepare for the Upgrade - Please complete these steps first.
  • Locate your version 3 product key.  This number is located in the back of your course workbook (see example). For RealityCharting® version 3, you can also find this number by opening RealityCharting® and selecting Help, About RealityCharting®.  You must provide this product key to get a free upgrade and you may only submit your product key once.
  • You will need to provide your date of training.  Specific dates are preferred but a month and year will suffice.  If you can't remember your approximate course date, please write Larry.Reising@world-interplay.com and request a list of courses held. Please don't continue until you know this date.  If we can't locate you on a course roster, we can't approve you for a free upgrade.
  • Review the notes on RealityCharting® version 3 and 4 compatibility provided at the bottom of this page.
  • If you don't have administrative rights to your computer, please contact an IT professional within your company to either grant administrative rights, or to assist you with the installation. If it is your personally owned computer, you should be OK.
• STEP 2: AFTER you have completed step 1, click on this link: www.realitycharting.com/world-interplay/v4upgrade
  • Complete all fields.
  • After entering and submitting your information, you will be directed to a page that allows you to install the software.  Proceed with installation.
  • You will receive an email containing a demo key.  You will use this demo key in Step 3.
• STEP 3:  Launch RealityCharting® v4 and enter the demo key.  This will activate the software for 30 days
  • If RealityCharting® version 3 was installed on your system, it will still be installed. Ensure you launch RealityCharting® version 4.
  • After we verify you attended one of our courses, we will authorize release of a registration product key, which will be emailed to you.  Please print the email and put it in your class workbook for future reference.
• STEP 4:  Enter the Registration product key.  This will remove the 30 day limit on the software.
  • This completes the free upgrade process.

• This version is intended for students who are enrolled in an upcoming Apollo RCA class from World Interplay, LLC and want to get the software installed before class.
• Using the link below, after entering and submitting your information, you will be directed to a page that allows you to install the software.  Install it.  (you must have admin rights).  After you start the software, it will ask for a key.
• You will receive an email containing a demo key.  Use this to activate your software for 30 days.
• During class, you will receive a registration product key that will remove the 30 day limitation.

• If you use this software to attempt doing Apollo RCA before class, please inform any receiver of your analysis that you have not yet had the training. (The training makes a big difference in the quality and robustness of your results).

• While we don't recommend using RealityCharting® without the training, we can sell you a copy of the software.  Please contact us for pricing information.
