Mission Statement We help individuals and organizations become better problem solvers.

World Interplay was formed to help individuals and organizations succeed by teaching effective critical thinking skills in the area of problem solving.  Foremost of these is a methodology called "Root Cause Analysis," or RCA.

There are many forms of RCA and we help show the strengths and weaknesses of each, along with knowing how to select the right tool for the right job.  Then, we show how RCA results can be integrated with other problem solving methodologies such as ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and Lean Six Sigma.

The current "State of the Art" RCA methodology is RealityCharting®, and we focus our higher end training on this.
